Representative Olson moved and asked unanimous consent that reconsideration of CSHB 370(L&C) be taken up on the same day. There being no objection, it was so ordered. 2014-04-16 House Journal Page 2514 The following was before the House in third reading: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 370(L&C) "An Act relating to employer-required drug testing; requiring the Alaska Workers' Compensation Board to adopt regulations relating to the prescription of controlled substances to employees; and relating to the prescription of controlled substances to employees." The question to be reconsidered: "Shall CSHB 370(L&C) pass the House?"
